Information

Everything you need to know before using Syntax Ware.

How it works

Buy a key on the store, activate it inside the loader, pick your product, launch. Instant delivery, no waiting, no games. If something is not working right now you can check the live status page.

Payments & Refunds

Card, PayPal and crypto accepted. Once a key is redeemed, sales are final — this is how the industry works and it protects the product. If a purchase never delivered, open a ticket in Discord and staff will help.

HWID

Every purchase is bound to your hardware on first login. Changed your PC? Open a ticket, we grant HWID resets at staff discretion. Abuse leads to a permanent blacklist.

Support

The fastest channel is Discord — discord.gg/syntaxware. Response is under 15 minutes on average.
